Oil production using scrap tire pyrolysis equipment is a form of circular economy and renewable resource utilization advocated by the state. A large number of qualified enterprises have launched this project and achieved substantial economic benefits. Below is a detailed breakdown of its oil production process:
Raw Material Collection and Feeding
First, a large volume of scrap tires is collected, sorted, and then fed into the pyrolysis reactor of the scrap tire pyrolysis equipment via an automatic feeder.
Reactor Sealing
Second, the feed inlet of the scrap tire pyrolysis equipment is hermetically sealed.
Heating and Pyrolysis with Multi-stage Condensation
Third, after the above preparations are completed, ignition and heating of the reactor can be initiated. Under high-temperature conditions, the scrap tires undergo pyrolysis and are converted into oil gas. The oil gas first passes through a buffer tank and then enters the three-stage condensation process, which consists of a vertical shell-and-tube condenser, a horizontal condenser, and a condensation tower.
Product Recovery and Waste Gas Utilization
Fourth, the oil gas is converted into fuel oil after cooling in the three-stage condensation system. The non-condensable flammable gas can be directly used to heat the pyrolysis reactor of the scrap tire pyrolysis equipment, and the excess tail gas can also be collected and stored for use in other industrial heating applications.
