The fully continuous sludge pyrolysis refining equipment consists of several components: reactor, drive system, sampler, screw slag remover, steam drum system, electrostatic precipitator, water-cooled slag discharger, oil-gas condensation system, water-cooled carbon black storage tank, screw feeder, weighing machine and silo.
The batch/semi-continuous sludge pyrolysis refining equipment is composed of the following parts: induced draft fan, flue condenser, combustion chamber, steam drum and slag oil tank, three-in-one condenser, discharge system, drive system, main pyrolysis furnace, hydraulic feeding mechanism and dust removal tower.
