
Continuous Pyrolysis Refining Equipment
The continuous pyrolysis refining equipment adopts low-temperature pyrolysis technology and an integrated sealed design. It enables continuous feeding, continuous oil output, and continuous slag discharge, free from the space constraints of storage silos. It can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation without frequent shutdowns, equipment opening/closing, reheating after cooling, and other operations, demonstrating distinct advantages in safety, energy conservation, environmental protection, and production efficiency.
With a daily processing capacity of 20–50 tons, the continuous pyrolysis refining equipment can handle tire rubber powder, plastic particles, oily sludge, etc., realizing the reduction, resource utilization, and harmless disposal of solid waste.
The entire pyrolysis process of the continuous pyrolysis refining equipment is in a fully enclosed state. During production, it ensures no leakage of gas and dust, avoiding potential safety hazards and secondary pollution.
Equipment Advantages
Feeding Method: A unique double-layer mechanical self-sealing structure is adopted to ensure the sealing reliability of the feeding end, with an overall pressure resistance of 0.1 MPa.
Slag Discharge Method: Multi-stage sealed cooling slag discharge is adopted to solve the problems of slag blockage and air leakage. The slag discharge temperature is 50℃, with a pressure resistance of 0.1 MPa.
Slight Negative Pressure Process System: Applied during production to ensure no leakage of all gases for higher safety.
Transmission Device Design: Equipped with external gear ring transmission. The supporting roller bearings adopt tapered fine-adjustable bearings specially used for China's high-speed railways, featuring wear resistance, long service life, stable equipment operation, and low noise.
Unique Heating Shell Design: Delivers excellent thermal insulation performance and good energy-saving effect.
High Degree of Automation: Simple and easy to operate; only 1–2 operators are required for production.
Heating Base Furnace: Adopts the latest heat transfer technology, which can control the temperature difference within 5℃. The furnace body has a large heating area, enabling uniform and rapid heating, fast temperature rise, and easy temperature control. With simple operation, the service life of the furnace body can be guaranteed to be more than 10 years.
Continuous Operation Time: Can run continuously for more than 40–60 days.
High Safety Factor: The equipment is equipped with various pressure monitoring instruments, including an automatic pressure relief device, an overpressure alarm device, a pressure sensor, and a manual pressure relief device. Cooperating with the active sealing devices for feeding and discharging, it achieves the purpose of maintaining sealing even when there is a shortage or absence of materials, fully ensuring the safe use of the equipment.
